Keith: lose 5 to 10 pounds, work out 4 to 5 times
a week, and eat out less.
Team "Goldie Rox" goals -
Brittany: (1.) Lose 5lbs (2.) Stick with 12wk ½ marathon training plan. Run half marathon March 10. (3.) Eat a vegetable with every meal (except breakfast, that’s weird)
"Cowboys girl" goals -
Crystal: Lose 15 -20 lbs.. Be more active overall - any kinds of activities.
Try out kickboxing or maybe get back into dance.
"Squawkin' Hawk's" goals -
Kim - My 3 goals are as follows: 1. MIND - Learn Spanish to have at minimum a basic conversation (albeit slow and probably broken) to the best of my ability (Language is not "my thing". I have a hard enough time with English. I'm a math and science person!) 2. BODY - Get in shape by committing to a strengthening program 3 days per week and no more than 12 grams (3 tsp) of refined sugar per day. 3. HAPPINESS - Allocate 6 hours per week to enjoy whatever makes me happy (can't be work) that is not a requirement to be done.

Kemverlin - Lose 20-30lbs. For one month eat only veg and fruits, drink water ("What I don't really do which I need to”) and exercise once a week.
