Consulting Services
In addition to running our own successful practice, we can help you start your own physical therapy practice, expand your practice, and provide recommendations for overcoming specific challenges. We have experience working in the following areas:
Most of our work can be accomplished remotely, but we can come to your location to perform in person assessments. We also provide temporary management services due to sudden losses of practice administrators and executive partners to include; hiring, firing, payroll, benefits management, and paying bills.
We support signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to further protect your business operations and your sensitive information from competitors. We are not opposed to working with other resources that you desire to be part of your improvement team and see our role as just one piece of your future success.
Initial consultations are free. You can feel confident that one of our responsibilities in looking out for your budget is finding the least expensive means of transportation and reasonable accommodations. If travel or lodging is required, the cost to you is no more than our actual cost. Kim and I bill our time separately and you only pay for both of our time when a task requires both of our input. Additionally, we partner with other professionals in the areas of accounting and law. If you ask for support in a unique area that we are unfamiliar with, we will perform the needed research at no cost to you or we will help you to obtain the assistance you need from a qualified and specialized resource.
Once you reach out to us and we understand your needs, we will provide you our recommended courses of action and options that we feel would best serve you and your organization. You remain fully in control at all times and may choose what, when, and how the action plan is implemented.
As a husband and wife team, we are not a consulting mill. Most of the time, we only work with one client at a time in a project management fashion. All documents in our possession at the end of the project are turned over to you and our copies of your data are deleted, erased, or otherwise destroyed. We provide consulting services in addition to running our own multi-clinic practice because we enjoy helping others who have urgent needs in overcoming unique challenges. To learn more about us, please review our biographies on the About page.
There is no charge for an initial consultation, so when you are ready, contact me by calling (828) 505-2664 or send an email to [email protected]
We look forward to hearing your story and hopefully, working with you on your venture!
