Functional Outcomes
AVORA actively follows evidence based practices and performs functional outcomes with patients during the initial visit and again upon discharge. Patients are tracked using a non-sensitive, unique ID number and data scores are automatically calculated to determine averages. Our data averages can then be compared against industry baselines. By taking a proactive position on outcomes and actively involving the patient in his or her course of treatment, we are better equipped to get patients better faster.
Patient Satisfaction Survey Results
All patients are asked to complete a patient satisfaction survey upon discharge from physical therapy. Our questionnaire contains 10 questions using a scoring system of 1-5 where 1 is Very Dissatisfied and 5 is Very Satisfied. The survey targets 4 key areas; the office environment, insurance billing and payments, provider interactions, and physical therapy treatment. While our satisfaction scores remain consistently high, our testimonials page tells you what our patients really think!
How To Refer A Patient
We are easy and flexible to work with. We value your time and we appreciate your referrals. We make you look good because we treat your patients right! Feel free to download our referral form (which includes directions on the back for your patients if duplex printing) and fax it to us. Our staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes scheduling simple for you and your patient.
