![]() I have to admit, this quote stepped on my toes quite a bit. I started off strong and little by little have gotten back into some bad habits. The good thing is its not to late, the challenge isn't over and my victory isn't either. Maybe you have done the same thing, maybe not. Either way take a minute to reflect and move forward toward the change you want to see. Don't give up, don't quit! Keep pressing through and reminding yourself that the consistency is worth the end goal. Set small daily goals.
