Shawn: (1.) Drink at least 60 oz of water daily. (2.) Under 3:15 marathon in July. (3). Cross train weight lift at gym 2x/week.

"Team SMACK" - goals
Steve: Goal wt 158. Complete race to the raps marathon edition, finish in top 5 of my age group in 2 triathlons this year. Bonus goal: support/assist every staff person involved in the challenge to help them achieve their goals.
"Another Pound Bites The Dust" goals -
Katie: Lose 25 lbs with calorie tracking on SparkPeople. Limit screen time to less than 2 hours/night and replace that time with reading or music :)
