"The A Team" goals -
Shawn: (1.) Drink at least 60 oz of water daily. (2.) Under 3:15 marathon in July. (3). Cross train weight lift at gym 2x/week.

My training for the marathon in July is going well. I running faster & tolerating the higher mileage. I think I might have lost a couple pounds, but I'm not really sure. I'm drinking more water daily, but still need to drink more.
