"Another Pound Bites The Dust" goals -
Katie: Lose 25 lbs with calorie tracking on SparkPeople. Limit screen time to less than 2 hours/night and replace that time with reading or music :)

So, I have lost 10 definite lbs (maybe even 12, fluctuating a bit between 10-12 lbs the past week). Far from my goal but particularly this past month I feel like I'm on track so it will continue. Started working with a personal trainer. I honestly JUST started calorie tracking on SparkPeople the past week so kind of failed there. And still binge watching Netflix at night :/
