my goals didnt work out as well as i hoped. i have started drinking more water over all, i have also stopped eating late meals (wasn't apart of my plan but still wanted to do it.) but due to the whole accident with my foot i wasn't able to get back into the dance or kickboxing like i wanted to (still may try to get back into it this summer as i get stronger) and i was able to loose about 5 pounds, but didn't make it to 15-20 like i was hoping to do, but i do feel like i stayed pretty active even though i wasn't able to run in the boot for my foot.
