"Gazoo" - Goals
Mark - Lose 10-15 lbs. . Walk 90 miles in 90 days! Eat NO sugar, gluten or junk food (except Saturdays) cuz "Hey I need a free day!"

With the extension, I was able to complete my goal of walking 90 miles of which a half dozen long hikes really helped. I also biked 22 miles and paddled 15. I'd give myself a B- on eating the right foods, but obviously ate too much overall since I only lost 3 lbs of my 10-15lb goal.
